What services do you offer?

Baylee's Creations offers custom T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, business apparel, DTF transfers by size, custom DTF gang sheets, ready-made DTF transfers, and professional application on many customer-supplied garments.

What is DTF printing?

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Artwork is printed on a special film and applied to apparel with heat and pressure. DTF works well on cotton, polyester, and many blended fabrics and produces vibrant, durable, full-color prints.

What are your DTF gang sheet prices?

How quickly will my order be ready?

Most DTF print orders are ready in 1 to 2 business days. Custom apparel orders normally take up to 14 business days, although many are completed sooner. Large, complex, or specialty orders may take longer. Any rush timeline must be confirmed before ordering.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We can help with one item, one transfer, or a large business, school, team, church, or organization order.

What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files when supported by the ordering method. Transparent, high-resolution PNG files work best for most DTF uploads. Review the DTF Artwork and File Help page before ordering when you are unsure about your file.

Will you proof or correct my uploaded DTF artwork?

No. Customer-uploaded DTF artwork and gang sheets are printed as submitted. They are not proofed, corrected, resized, rearranged, or reviewed before production. The customer is responsible for transparent backgrounds, spelling, image quality, sizing, layout, and permission to use the submitted artwork.

Will I receive a proof for custom apparel?

Yes. Custom apparel orders receive a digital mockup before production begins. Review the spelling, colors, placement, apparel selections, sizes, and quantities carefully. Errors visible on an approved mockup are the customer's responsibility.

Can you help with my artwork?

Basic file guidance may be available. Extensive cleanup, logo recreation, background removal, or original design work may require an additional fee. Contact us before ordering when the artwork needs significant work.

Can I bring my own garment?

Yes. We can press many clean cotton, polyester, and blended shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and similar items after a garment review. Heat-sensitive fabric, coatings, seams, pockets, zippers, or existing decoration may require a different approach. Contact us before dropping anything off.

How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Use a quality heat press at 325°F for 15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Pre-press the garment, peel the film warm, and complete a short finishing press. Household irons and handheld presses are not recommended. See the complete DTF application and care instructions.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying business, school, team, church, nonprofit, and organization orders. Final pricing depends on the garment, quantity, sizes, artwork, and print locations. Visit the business apparel page or request a business quote.

Do you ship?

Yes. We offer local pickup in Harrah, Oklahoma, and ship nationwide. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $75.

What is your return and replacement policy?

Contact us promptly if an item is defective or the finished product does not match the approved order details. Custom items cannot normally be returned because of an incorrect size selected by the customer or an error that appeared on approved artwork or a customer-submitted gang sheet.

Do you keep customer artwork for future orders?

We generally retain order artwork so repeat orders are easier. Contact us when you need to reuse or update a previous design.
