Most common apparel works well. Contact us when you have questions about a specialty fabric or construction detail.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We can discuss one item or a larger group order.
What materials can you press?
We can press most common apparel materials, including many cotton, polyester, and blended shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and similar items. We review the garment before production to confirm the best placement and application. A small number of heat sensitive fabrics, specialty coatings, seams, zippers, pockets, or existing decorations may require a different approach.
How long does the order take?
Our standard turnaround for custom apparel is up to 14 business days, although many orders are completed sooner. Timing depends on quantity, artwork approval, garment suitability, and current production volume.
Will I receive a mockup?
Yes. Custom apparel orders receive a mockup before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, placement, garment selections, quantities, and sizes before approval.
Can you help with the artwork?
Artwork help may be available depending on the file and the work required. Contact us before the order when the design needs editing or recreation.
