Refund policy

At Baylee's Creations T-Shirts and More, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure transparency, please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. No Refunds for Completed Products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be in your email upon purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; This includes all custom products, apparel and any of our print services such as DTF or Sublimation.

As a general rule, returns will only be accepted for garments sold from inventory and not from any made-to-order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not provide refunds for completed custom products or printing services unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Proof/Mockup Approval

Before production of a custom item begins, we will provide a detailed digital proof/mockup for your approval. It is your responsibility to verify all details, including:

  • Spelling
  • Sizes
  • Quantities
  • Product specifications
  • Colors

Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors in the final product.

In order to guarantee the highest print quality, we must insist that submitted images MUST be 300DPI resolution or higher. We are not responsible for customer submitted low-resolution images.

We are not responsible for removing backgrounds from any customer submitted images. We will print the item as it is submitted unless otherwise agreed upon. 

3. Inspection of Printed Products

All printed products, including Direct-to-Film (DTF) items, must be inspected upon collection or before leaving our facility.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for products that have left our facility.

4. Remakes and Adjustments

If a product is deemed unsatisfactory but aligns with the approved mockup, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a remake for a fee equivalent to the cost of producing a new product.
  • Provide adjustments within the specifications of the original mockup.

5. Shipping and Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any remakes unless the issue was caused by our error.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition for consideration.

6. Application and Care Instructions

We recommend using the following settings for applying your DTF Film to your garment. Deviation from these instructions may cause unexpected results or poor quality. 

 

DTF Instructions

Heat should be set at 320 Degrees Fahrenheit and the garment should be pre-pressed for 15 seconds prior to applying the DTF Transfer. After pre pressing, apply the DTF Film to the garment and press for another 15 seconds. When removing the film, remove slowly from the corner. If the film is not sticking to the garment, press for another 15 seconds. Finally, after removing the transfer, do a re-press with a teflon sheet for 15 seconds without the transfer film in place. 

For Sublimation: 

Carefully tape the design in place over the garment. Be sure to protect the inside of the garment as the design may transfer through both layers and become visible on the opposite side. It is recommended to place a piece of paper or a teflon sheet on the inside between the front and the back. Also place a piece of paper between the transfer and the heat plate to protect the heat press from getting ink transferred to it. This would cause unwanted transfers to further garments. 

 

For best results, use a dedicated heat press such as a HVRONT Automatic Heat Press
or a similar model. 


We do not recommend using irons or handheld presses to apply these garments as the uneven pressure will cause poor quality design transfers.
