1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Baylee's Creations T-Shirts and More LLC offers custom apparel and printing services, including but not limited to:

  • High-quality custom DTF gang sheets
  • Custom hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatshirts

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders are considered confirmed once full payment has been received. No work will begin until payment is processed.
  • Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Cancellations: Once an order has been paid and work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Turnaround Times

  • Our standard turnaround time is 5 days to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Rush services are available for an additional fee and must be pre-arranged.
  • Complex orders may require additional time, and any delays will be communicated promptly.

5. Digital Proofs and Mockups

  • Before production begins, a digital proof/mockup will be provided for your approval.
  • It is your responsibility to verify all details, including spelling, sizes, quantities, and designs. Approved mockups are considered final, and no changes will be accepted once production begins.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are not provided for completed products unless there is a substantial error on our part that deviates from the approved mockup.
  • All printed products must be inspected before leaving our facility. Once products leave, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • A remake fee may apply for unsatisfactory products that match the approved design.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content created by Baylee's Creations T-Shirts and More LLC remain our property until payment is completed.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed designs and products for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baylee's Creations T-Shirts and More LLC is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in approved designs or mockups.
  • Damages resulting from improper use or care of products.
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide high resolution images for any work to be performed. You agree to provide images with at least 300DPI resolution or forfeit the right to a refund based on image quality.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Review proofs and mockups carefully before approval.
  • Follow care instructions provided for your products to ensure longevity.

10. Changes to Terms

Baylee's Creations T-Shirts and More LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in a competent court within our jurisdiction.
